Happy Weekend to You! I’m super excited because we have family visiting from Chicago and we’re going to have a whirlwind weekend.
I love when family and friends come to visit especially now…because finally my house feels like home and I’m not walking around in cloud!
We’re headed to Pumpkinfest in Downtown Franklin and then we’ll take drive out to Leiper’s Fork and noodle around. Y’all know I’m kind of over the moon about Leiper’s Fork and then we’re going to Puckett’s in Downtown Franklin for a little dinner and some music and I’m sure they’ll be a visit to Arrington Vineyards for a picnic and then I think we’ll just see where the wind takes us!
I know you’ll be having a great weekend too, but I think it’s lovely to start a weekend off with a little inspiration along the way…
Life is good…and I’m reminded of it every day. My friend Beth over at Unskinny Boppy shared this and it’s just too special not to share with you.
I love this post she did on how to decorate for fall without using mums! I did use them…because I didn’t see this before I made the investment.
Do you spend a lot of time on Pinterest like I do? Yikes…I can lose myself here. Here’s one of my favorite pinners.
One morning (early) I was searching the Internet for my own inspiration and I came across this beautiful blog written by an American girl who moved to a farm in Australia. It’s Farm & Pretty. Have you seen it? It’s just filled with loveliness in every post and I think you might like it!
I’m guessing you know about KariAnne at Thistlewood Farms…but if you don’t…you should. I absolutely look forward to my email when she’s there. Well…we met at City Farmhouse Pop-up Show this past weekend and for me…it was pure joy! We laughed and giggled like a couple of school girls. You simply must visit her at Thistlewood Farms because then you’ll know what I mean. She writes about all things wonderful like Why You Should Always Clap in the Rain and then she shares this…
I’ve had a very busy couple of weeks…but I’ve just been having so much fun. Did you know that I also coach Lionhearted Women? It’s pretty terrific and it inspires me so much in my daily life. Check it out and let me know what you think. Maybe you’re ready to leap into Lionheartedness.
I just want to wish you a very lovely weekend and say thank you for allowing me into your life…thank you for your comments and for your encouragement when times were a bit rough. I’m truly grateful and feeling awfully blessed right about now.
